Base fee:
  • Become a premier sponsor of the Short Course & Conference. Receives premium pavilion (4 - 8x10 booths) with electricity, six (6) Conference Registrations, six (6) tickets to Thursday's Dinner and Auction and Friday's Awards Banquet, an inside front or inside back cover full-page ad in the Conference Program, and four (4) conference bag stuffers. Total value is over $6,000, and includes special recognition as a Platinum Sponsor.
  • Become a prime sponsor of the Short Course & Conference. Receives prime pavilion (2 - 8x10 booths) with electricity, four (4) Conference Registrations, four (4) tickets to Thursday's Dinner and Auction and Friday's Awards Banquet, a full-page ad in the Conference Program, and three (3) conference bag stuffers. Total value over $4000, and includes special recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
  • Become a sponsor of the Short Course & Conference. Receives prominent pavilion (2 - 8x10 booths) with electricity, three (3) Conference Registration, three (3) tickets to Thursday's Dinner and Auction and Friday's Awards Banquet, a half-page ad in the Conference Program, and two (2) conference bag stuffers. Total value over $3,000, and includes special recognition as a Silver Sponsor
  • Vendor Booths are available in 8 feet wide by 10 feet deep configurations in a dedicated area. Booth locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator, with preference given to Sponsors. This is for a single booth and includes 2 Vendor Passes.
  • A Vendor Booth (Double) is available as a 16 feet wide by 10 feet deep configuration in a dedicated area. Booth locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator, with preference given to Sponsors. This is for a double booth and includes three (3) Vendor Passes.
  • This option is for a pop-up table (Tue, Wed, Thur only). Setup opens at 7:30 am and the hall is open from 8 am until 5 pm. The cost is $150 per day, and you will select your day or days on the registration form. Each booth is a single 8x10 booth and comes with two (2) Vendor Passes.
  • This option is for non-profits that have been approved for a non-profit table. Please contact easvendorsponsor@easternapiculture.org if you wish to be approved as a Non-Profit. Unapproved requests for a non-profile table will not be accepted.
  • This option is for organizations that do not want to have a booth at the conference but would like to advertise or sponsor an event. Please select the item to sponsor on the registration form.

PLEASE NOTE: Each vendor or sponsor must register separately. Accounts must be paid in full, and EAS reserves the right to deny access to any Vendor at its sole discretion. All vendors are required to abide by the Vendor Rules and Regulations listed in the 2025 Vendors and Sponsorships Registration packet.


SPONSORS & VENDORS: Please use this event to sponsor or have a booth at the EAS Short Course & Conference.
